If your email 'from' address appears in this format:
- FJB Digital <firstname.lastname@example.org> on behalf of; FJB Digital <email@example.com>
- FJB Digital <firstname.lastname@example.org>
You need to verify your domain.
As a trusted sender/domain, emails will display images immediately and are less likely to be sent to junk/spam.
The are a couple of simple updates that you can carry out to do this:
- Make sure that you have a verified domain name with your newsletter provider - this will ensure that emails are sent from your domain and not 'on behalf of'.
- Make sure that you have a SPF and DKIM entry in your DNS records which includes your newsletter provider's domain. This informs third-party mail servers that your newsletters are coming from a valid source.
